David Lee Richardson, 75, of Holly Springs departed this life on Sunday, August 10, 2025.

Funeral Service:  Saturday, August 16, 2025 at 2:00PM at the Holly Springs United Church of Christ , 116 Third Street, Holly Springs, with a family visitation from 1:30PM-2:00PM preceding the service.

Survivors:  Son, David Lamont Richardson of Cary ;Four Daughters, Latita Ali of Raleigh, Trina Barnes (Eric) of Apex, Annette Jones of Durham, and Michelle Richardson; Sisters,  Cathline Lane of Holly Springs, Dorothy Umphrey of Lillington, and Sharon Leach of Fuquay-Varina; Brothers, Jimmy Richardson of Fuquay-Varina, Grady Richardson of Spring Lake, Tony Richardson (Joyce) of Benson, Angelo Richardson (Annette) of Raleigh and Paul Richardson of Holly Springs; Aunts, Elnora Grimsley of Morrisville, Lottie Moore, Rachel Adams and Margaret Prince all of Holly Springs; Uncles, Merlin G. Prince and Emanuel Prince of Holly Springs; Special Cousins, Lucy Nabors of Cary and Alice Grimsley (James) of Holly Springs; Special Friends, Liz Jones and Bobby and Dorothy Ford of Holly Springs;  Eight Grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
