Gale Rayford was born on July 11,1962 to Virginia Rose Blackwell in Manhattan, New York.  She departed this life on Saturday, November 16. 2025 at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia, NC.

Preceding her in death, her Mother, Virginia Rose Blackwell and her twin Sister Dale Robinson.

She leaves to mourn her death three daughters, Lakesha Bell of Gastonia, NC, Ebonee Rayford of Misawa, Japan and Aniyah Rayford of Charlotte.  Five Grandchildren, Shaun Wilson, Kaleb Wilson, Grecian Huntley, Harmonee Blake and Malani Hyatt; Former Husband and best friend, Thomas Rayford; Six nieces and nephews, Tihecia Robinson (Chad) of Angier, Ayrieal Robinson (Doug) of Raleigh, Tarell Robinsoon (Danyelle) of Smithfield, Sharell Robinson of Raleigh, Brandy Robinson and Randy Robinson of Willow Springs and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, family and friends.
